When you use AdControlHQ, we may collect the following types of information:

• Account information — your email address and authentication credentials used to sign in.
• Ad platform data — campaign metrics, ad performance data, spend figures, and creative assets retrieved from connected advertising accounts (e.g., TikTok Ads).
• Usage data — information about how you interact with the Service, including pages visited, features used, and timestamps.
• Connection tokens — encrypted OAuth tokens used to access your connected ad accounts on your behalf.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Service, including displaying ad performance dashboards and optimization recommendations.
• Retrieve and analyze advertising data from your connected accounts to generate reports and insights.
• Authenticate your identity and manage your access to the Service.
• Improve and develop new features for the Service.
• Communicate with you regarding your account, including responding to support inquiries.

We take the security of your data seriously. All OAuth tokens and sensitive credentials are encrypted using AES-256-GCM encryption before storage. Your data is stored in secure, managed databases provided by Supabase with row-level security policies to prevent unauthorized access.

While we implement commercially reasonable safeguards, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

AdControlHQ integrates with the following third-party services to deliver its functionality:

• TikTok Marketing API — to retrieve and manage advertising data from your TikTok Ads account.
• Supabase — for secure data storage and authentication services.

These services have their own privacy policies, and we encourage you to review them. We only share the minimum data necessary for the Service to function.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at support@freecolorquiz.com.

Upon receiving a deletion request, we will remove your personal data and revoke any stored OAuth tokens within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your data.
• Withdraw consent for data processing where consent is the legal basis.
