What is AdControlHQ?
AdControlHQ is an advertising operations and optimization platform built for The Color Quiz. It allows you to connect ad accounts, monitor campaign performance, manage creative assets, and receive AI-powered optimization recommendations.
How do I connect my TikTok Ads account?
After signing in, navigate to Settings and select the Connections tab. Click "Connect TikTok Ads" and follow the authorization flow to grant AdControlHQ access to your ad account data.
How do I disconnect an ad account?
Go to Settings, then the Connections tab. Find the connected account you want to remove and click the disconnect option. Your access tokens will be revoked immediately.
How do I request deletion of my data?
Send an email to support@freecolorquiz.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days.
Is my advertising data secure?
Yes. All OAuth tokens and sensitive credentials are encrypted using AES-256-GCM encryption. Your data is stored with row-level security policies to prevent unauthorized access.
