Terms of Service

AdControlHQ is an internal advertising operations, creative management, and optimization platform. The Service allows authorized users to connect advertising accounts, monitor campaign performance, manage creative assets, and receive AI-powered optimization recommendations.

The Service is intended for authorized team members of The Color Quiz. Access is granted on an invitation basis. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to notify us immediately at support@freecolorquiz.com if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, other accounts, or connected systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized individuals.
• Use the Service to collect, store, or process data in violation of any third-party platform's terms of service (including TikTok's policies).

By connecting an advertising account (e.g., TikTok Ads) to the Service, you represent that you have the authority to grant access to that account. We access your advertising data solely to provide the Service's features, including performance reporting, optimization insights, and creative management.

You may disconnect an ad account at any time through the Service's settings. Upon disconnection, we will revoke the associated access tokens and cease retrieving data from that account.

The Service, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is owned by The Color Quiz and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right, title, or interest in the Service beyond the limited right to use it as described herein.

Any advertising data, creative assets, or campaign content you access through the Service remains the property of the respective account owner.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Optimization recommendations and insights provided by the Service are informational and do not constitute professional advertising advice. You are solely responsible for any actions taken based on information provided by the Service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Color Quiz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of the Service, regardless of the theory of liability.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising out of or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

You may request account deletion at any time by contacting support@freecolorquiz.com. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
